Cancellation and Refund

At ParityBit Academy, we are committed to providing a seamless and enriching learning experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

  1. Cancellation by Participants

    • If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session start date.

    • Refunds for cancellations made before the deadline will be processed after deducting a nominal administrative fee.

    • Cancellations made after the deadline are not eligible for a refund.

  2. Cancellation by ParityBit Academy

    • In the unlikely event that ParityBit Academy cancels a session, participants will receive a full refund.

    • Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their registration to another available session.

  3. Refund Process

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

    • Participants will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.

  4. Non-Refundable Payments

    • Payments for sessions that have already started or been completed are non-refundable.

    • Custom sessions or special packages may have separate refund terms, as communicated during registration.
