Cancellation and Refund
At ParityBit Academy, we are committed to providing a seamless and enriching learning experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Cancellation by Participants
If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session start date.
Refunds for cancellations made before the deadline will be processed after deducting a nominal administrative fee.
Cancellations made after the deadline are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by ParityBit Academy
In the unlikely event that ParityBit Academy cancels a session, participants will receive a full refund.
Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their registration to another available session.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Participants will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Payments
Payments for sessions that have already started or been completed are non-refundable.
Custom sessions or special packages may have separate refund terms, as communicated during registration.
